There are a couple of phases to a Fractional relationship, with the cost going down over time. The RecastSuccess team takes on an in-depth discovery cycle that includes creating a customer lifecycle map, fit/gap analysis, and team analysis This enables us to select the optimal resources for your company and craft a roadmap for our work together. An implementation fee is assessed for this work.
For early-stage companies >$5M ARR, we recommend embedding a leader 1-day per week to supervise your full-time in-house resource(s).
For later-stage companies $5M to $30M additional days are typically recommended.
Most companies find by hiring a part-time resource, they save ~$100k vs. the cost of hiring a similar resource full-time over the course of a year.
