CSM Crash Course
This course is for new or aspiring Customer Success professionals to learn the basics of the role. It includes:
12 hours of live instruction from industry experts via Zoom
2+ hours of self-paced recordings and project work are due prior to the first day.
The class meets on Saturday and Sunday
7:00 am-1 pm PT/ 10 am- 4 pm ET each day over Zoom, with a 1-hour meal break.
Instruction will be interactive and a working camera and microphone are required.
This class is open to anyone available at these times, proficient in English, who has a basic understanding of what a Customer Success Manager is and a willingness to learn.

The Customer Lifecycle in SaaS
Creating Mutual Success Plans
Working cross-functionally as the Voice of Customer
Quantifying and communicating value
Churn risk mitigation strategies
and more!
